Terms and Conditions

General

By ordering products from azaleanmodels.com you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the products featured is Azalean Models Limited, ("Azalean Models", "we", or "us"). Registered office 239 Oldfield Road, Sheffield, S6 6EA. Registered number 7199723 (England & Wales).

Orders

A contract is formed between Azalean Models and you when we despatch the products you have ordered. Until the goods are despatched the order may be cancelled.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges to mainland UK & BFPO addresses are £2.50 1st class and £2.00 2nd class. A further 74p is charged for recorded delivery.

For delivery outside the UK, other than to BFPO addresses, the charge is £8.00.

Discount Coupon Codes

All discount coupon codes remain the property of Azalean Models, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form.

Cancellations

Order cancellations and changes are possible before an order is despatched. Order status can be checked at
Your Account > View Orders.

Returns

You may return any item free of charge within 10 days of receipt, in a new and unused condition. Returned items which are not in new or unused condition or which are returned after the approval period may not be refunded. Delivery charges will not be refunded as this part of our service to you has been completed.

Any returns should be addressed and sent to Azalean Models Ltd, 239 Oldfield Road, Sheffield, S6 6EA, UK.

Returns for customers who have paid by credit/debit card

Returns are charged at £1.00. This charge will be deducted from the refund amount applied to your credit/debit card. Refunds will only be made to the credit/debit card from which the purchase was made.

Payments

By credit & debit cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.

Prices

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within ten days and is in new condition.

Usage

All products are sold on the basis that they are suitable for domestic/hobby use only.

Availability

All orders for products are subject to availability.

Colour Reproduction

The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your monitor screen may mean a slight variation in the display and actual product colour. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate.

Feedback & Complaints

Azalean Models welcomes and learns from feedback & complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All communications are investigated and replied to. Complaints should be addressed in the first instance, either by email to enquiries@azaleanmodels.co.uk, or in writing to our registered office.
